Welcome to Wandr. Wandr is a brand of JetRider Co., Ltd. (“Wandr”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of wandrcycles.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about the Wandr brand and our products, and lets you sign up for launch and product announcements. Products are not sold through the Site, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell. Wandr products are sold through authorised distributors and retailers; any purchase is subject to the terms of the distributor or retailer you buy from.
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate, but specifications, weights, colours, included accessories, pricing indications and availability are subject to change without notice, and product images may differ from production models. Regulations for electrically assisted bicycles — including what qualifies as road-legal — vary by country and region; please confirm local requirements and final product details with the authorised distributor in your market before purchasing.
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Wandr and Nivo names and marks — is owned by or licensed to JetRider Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure; interfering with its operation; scraping or harvesting data from it by automated means; submitting false or misleading information; or using it for any unlawful purpose.
By submitting your email address through the Site, you consent to receiving launch and product announcements from us as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. Email collection and delivery are handled by third-party service providers, and your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as hosting and email providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer applies to the Site only; it does not affect any product warranty provided with a Wandr product at purchase, or any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wandr and JetRider Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts of Taichung, Taiwan as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
